“If someone you know misbehaves and you are kind enough to try to set him or her right, be sure to do it in the spirit of gentleness – for you yourself will sometimes misbehave. To fulfill the
law of Christ, we must share one another’s burdens. Oddly enough, it is people who fancy themselves important who are really not. Before you judge other’s conduct, judge your own. If
you have done something good, be rightly proud of it – all by itself – not because it is better than what your neighbor has done. We are glad for help, but in the end we each carry our own.”

It would be wonderful if we could all know that “the true nature of power is a mellowness of heart and spirit”. All through scriptures, Jesus shows grace. Grace is God’s unmerited
favor. Grace is a power that allows men and women to lay hold on eternal life after they have expended their own best efforts. What a wonderful life it would be if we could only
live by the fruits of the spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Every day is a new chance to make decisions that not only
affect ourselves but others.

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, THANK YOU FOR THE MANY ADVANTAGES AND GIFTS YOU HAVE GIVEN US TO HELP US THROUGH THIS PHASE OF OUR LIVES. PLEASE HELP US TO BE STRONG IN YOUR TRUTHS, AND GIVE US WISDOM. AMEN.
