“Enjoy life with the woman whom you love all the days of your fleeting life which He has given to you under the sun; for this is your reward in life, and in your toil in which you have labored under the sun.”

This scripture is Solomon’s advice, part of a book written in his older years. Most of the chapter deals with enjoying what you have – not looking around you to see if you have
more or less than others, but using and enjoying what God has shared with you. Like the Palo Duro Canyon. . . or the Brazos River that comes out of nowhere when you’re
traveling west from I-35 just north of Waco. . . the simplicity of the gigantic tree with limbs that reach the sky and then bow down onto a field as you travel toward Killeen
from Belton. . . or the excitement of anticipation of the ghost lights of Marfa. “When the solution is simple, God is answering.” (Albert Einstein).

THANK YOU, GOD, FOR SHARING ALL THE WONDERS OF YOUR CREATION WITH US AND ALLOWING US TO FIND THE PARTS THAT EXCITE EACH OF US INDIVIDUALLY. AMEN.
