“Put off your old nature which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new nature, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Truly, the Good News is that no matter who we were before, no matter what sins we have committed, we need only to invite Jesus Christ into our hearts and lives in order to be restored fully. If we walk in the light of Our Father, through Jesus Christ His beloved Son, and obey his wishes, we are blessed with a brand new life! It matters not what we were, only what we are this day and the days to follow.

HEAVENLY FATHER, WHAT A SACRIFICE YOU HAVE MADE SO THAT WE MAY FIND FORGIVENESS IN YOUR ETERNAL GRACE! I CELEBRATE THIS DAY AS IT IS THE NEW BEGINNING YOU HAVE PROMISED TO ME. HELP ME TO REALIZE
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF YOUR GREAT SACRIFICE. YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR SON, JESUS CHRIST, SO THAT I MAY BE FORGIVEN AND LIVE UNDER YOUR GRACIOUS WING, LOVED ETERNALLY. AMEN.
