Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all
day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Another day, another year, another life, another fear.
That’s only if I don’t believe
That I can change my life, that I can go on.
At no time was I forsaken, at no time was I alone.
For even though I walk in the wilderness, I am in no way wild,
I am more than a conqueror, I am God’s child.
I know this, and remember, I am really just fine.
This battle will be won by the Almighty, the fight is no longer mine.
In this is my comfort, in this I find peace,
No matter what trial I face, greater is He who lives in me.
All praise be to Father, Son and Spirit; blessed Trinity. Guide me, teach me and abide in me all the days of my life. Amen.
