“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows it is the largest of garden
plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.”
In order to be a true Christian, you must have faith in the Lord. Faith does not come over night; it is something you must obtain over time. Faith comes to you through relationships
with people, seeking out truth in yourself, or questioning the ways of the Lord. For some, it is an easy thing to obtain, but for others it can be a difficult task. Finding my faith was not so
difficult, it was a matter of noticing what was already right under my nose. When I did notice, it was as if it was the last piece to a puzzle I had been having problems with for a long time.
Once I could look at the finished puzzle, all the pieces became so much clearer to me. And why they fit in the places they did was something I now understood. Once you have found
your faith, you must nurture it so that it will grow larger and larger each day. Once your faith has blossomed, you can be a worker for the Lord in that you will be a shoulder for others to
rest on when they have not found their faith yet and are tired and weary.
DEAR GOD, SOMETIMES IT IS NOT EASY FOR SOME OF US TO FIND FAITH IN YOU AND UNDERSTAND YOUR WAYS. PLEASE GIVE US STRENGTH TO FIND IT, AND THE WILL TO CARRY ON. AMEN.
